Senior Analytics Engineer, Data Platform

As a Senior Analytics Engineer on the Data Platform team, you'll be instrumental in scaling Deel's Snowflake data warehouse and enhancing the entire data stack. The role combines technical expertise in data engineering with strategic thinking to improve data quality, pipeline performance, and development experience.

The position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse, global team of over 3000 individuals across 100+ countries. After raising additional funding of $50M in 2023 and achieving a $12B valuation, Deel is positioned as the market leader in international payroll and compliance solutions.

You'll be working cross-functionally with analysts, data scientists, ML engineers, and software engineers to implement RBAC, enforce data governance, design scalable data models, and build observability systems. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, DBT, and Python, along with experience in data warehouse technologies like Snowflake.
