The role involves end-to-end responsibility for electrical system design in large-scale direct air capture (DAC) facilities. You'll be working on groundbreaking projects like Deep Sky Alpha, their pilot innovation and commercialization facility, and developing commercial scale projects with dedicated geologic storage in Quebec.
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you'll lead the design and implementation of electrical systems, working with power distribution, high-voltage systems, and grounding strategies. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, utility providers, and contractors, ensuring all safety, reliability, and regulatory requirements are met.
The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of experience in electrical design for large-scale industrial facilities, with a strong background in EPC projects and utility coordination. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while contributing to meaningful climate action.
