Responsibilities For UX/UI Engineer

  • Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and pain points
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts
  • Develop and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
  • Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide guidance on best practices for responsive design
  • Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
  • Work effectively in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
  • Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, facilitating discussions and gaining buy-in

Requirements For UX/UI Engineer

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Developer or Designer
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and completed projects
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
  • Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
