Responsibilities For UX/UI Engineer
- Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts
- Develop and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across products
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide guidance on best practices for responsive design
- Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
- Work effectively in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, facilitating discussions and gaining buy-in
Requirements For UX/UI Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Developer or Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and completed projects
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
