Description For NOC Engineer

Delasport is a leading iGaming software developer that delivers a one-stop-shop solution for sports betting, online casino, and player account management. Our platform is player-centric and focuses on personalization and cutting-edge technological innovations.

As a Network Operations Specialist, you will assist in providing 24-hour continuous support and monitoring to ensure an uninterrupted flow of all data and services. Your responsibilities include proactively monitoring and supporting the application stack, responding to alerts/alarms, managing the ticketing system, working on routine deployments, collaborating with internal and external groups to resolve issues, and developing NOC policies and procedures.

Requirements include fluency in English, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, 1+ years of experience in technical support or NOC, ability to work in 24x7 shift rotation, experience with monitoring tools, basic knowledge of internet protocols and Linux OS, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities For NOC Engineer

  • Proactively monitor and support the application stack to ensure 24X7 operation
  • Respond to alerts/alarms according to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Manage our ticketing system ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Work with internal and external groups during routine deployment
  • Collaborate with internal and external groups to help identify and resolve issues affecting our services
  • Develop and maintain NOC policies, procedures, and tools

Requirements For NOC Engineer

Linux
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1+ years of experience as a technical support, or NOC team member
  • Ability to work in a 24X7 shift rotation
  • Prior experience with monitoring tools, such as: Grafana, Site24x7, Nagios, Munin or other
  • Basic knowledge of internet protocols
  • Basic Linux OS knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
