As a Care Tools Engineer at Deliveroo, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the performance of our Care tools and systems. You'll work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, implement system enhancements, and troubleshoot technical issues. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining Amazon Connect components, monitoring and optimizing performance, collaborating with stakeholders, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing security best practices, developing documentation, and providing training and support to contact center agents.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Amazon Connect Administrator, strong knowledge of AWS services, familiarity with contact center operations, excellent troubleshooting skills, and strong communication abilities. We're looking for someone who takes pride in creating readable, well-designed solutions, has experience with Amazon Connect and other care tooling systems, and can effectively plan and maintain efficient customer care structures.
