CRM Developer

As a CRM Developer within Deliveroo's Central CRM team, you'll play a crucial role in developing custom CRM solutions globally and delivering complex marketing automations. You'll be part of a 15+ specialist team focused on executing campaigns for local markets and spearheading global strategic initiatives. The role involves expanding the subscriber base, enhancing engagement metrics, and retaining customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing custom CRM solutions using Liquid, SQL, and HTML
• Implementing new CRM functionalities like WhatsApp integration
• Supporting data infrastructure within the marketing platform
• Creating and implementing test strategies to optimize campaign performance
• Automating processes for operational excellence
• Overseeing complex multi-channel automations and campaigns
• Expertise in data targeting, segmentation, and analysis

You'll work in a hybrid model, spending three days a week at the London HQ and the rest working from home. The role requires strong technical knowledge in CRM automation development, understanding of scripting languages, and good communication skills.
