Responsibilities For Software Engineer, Security
- Build and implement multiple company-wide security controls and technologies
- Execute the security roadmap
- Improve and maintain consumer IAM product and internal authorization tool
- Work with Security Architects to ensure security is built into project designs
- Analyze applications, systems, and infrastructure to identify security risks
- Contribute to business and security requirements in product evaluations
- Provide SME support for security technologies or during security incidents
- Contribute to Security Risk Management function
Requirements For Software Engineer, Security
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in AWS or an equivalent cloud environment
- 3-5 years experience programming in either Java, Scala, Golang and IaC tooling such as Terraform
- Experience with containerized environments
- Knowledge of at least one security domain (such as identity and access management, application security, data security, cloud security)
