Software Engineer, Security

As a Software Engineer, Security, you will build and implement multiple company-wide security controls and technologies. You'll work with the Security team to execute the security roadmap, directly influencing the security posture of many projects across the company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Improving and maintaining consumer IAM product and internal authorization tool
• Ensuring security is built into project designs across the business
• Building, implementing, and maintaining security controls and technologies
• Analyzing applications, systems, and infrastructure to identify and mitigate security risks
• Contributing to product evaluations, security policies, audits, and awareness training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud environment
• 3-5 years programming experience in Java, Scala, Golang, and IaC tools like Terraform
• Experience with containerized environments
• Knowledge of at least one security domain (e.g., IAM, application security, data security)

Preferred skills:

• AWS IAM experience
• SAML and SSO knowledge
• Docker and CI/CD familiarity
• Understanding of security compliance standards (GDPR)
