- Lead technical direction of the team
- Influence strategic direction and build non-adjacent team relationships
- Forecast and manage project timelines and risks
- Define technical solutions for important business problems

- Lead engineering interviews and contribute to recruiting
- Align non-adjacent teams and disciplines to resolve challenges
Requirements For Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer
- Expert in at least one relevant technical area
- Experience developing web-based applications with various programming languages
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases
- Experience building and scaling web architectures to handle significant traffic (20krpm+)
- Knowledge of NoSQL data backends and key-value stores
- Experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.js
- Problem-solving skills for complex logistical challenges
