Staff Software Engineer - iOS

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Improving code structure and architecture
2. Reviewing code produced by your team
3. Leading team project planning and foreseeing dependencies and risks
4. Championing system visibility, operational readiness, and health
5. Building relationships with other engineering teams
6. Guiding design and technical choices
7. Influencing the roadmap within your team
8. Participating in the hiring process and conducting engineering interviews
9. Mentoring and assisting in the personal growth of colleagues

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in raising the bar for technical quality in teams
• Led technical direction for iOS teams working on key applications
• Expertise in core iOS tools and technologies (Swift, XCode, UIKit)
• Collaboration experience with UX and product teams
• Worked on iOS applications used outside the organization
• Mentoring experience with junior talent
