Mechanical Principal Engineer

Dell Technologies is seeking a Server Mechanical Principal Engineer (DLC) to join their Mechanical Engineering team in Taipei. This role focuses on providing thermal and mechanical technical leadership by developing and coordinating liquid cooling solutions for server products in the Infrastructure Solutions Group. The position spans from component level design and validation to system/Rack level implementation, requiring collaboration with global ODMs, suppliers, and Dell functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in DLC R&D engineering, with expertise in both cold plate/tube routing design and familiarity with CDU and rack-level cooling facilities. The role demands strong analytical skills, deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and excellent communication abilities.
