Description For OEM Partner Manager

Dell Technologies is seeking an OEM Partner Manager to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth through Dell's ecosystem of OEM channel partners. The position involves developing and strengthening strategic relationships, equipping partners with essential tools and resources, and executing go-to-market strategies to expand Dell's OEM business. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of field sales experience and strong business acumen.

As an OEM Partner Manager, you'll be responsible for aligning Dell's OEM solutions with partner business models, enabling them to deliver innovative, customized solutions to end customers. You'll work closely with Dell's core teams, channel sales, and product groups to optimize partner sales motions and increase win rates. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as you'll be fostering long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities For OEM Partner Manager

  • Develop, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with OEM channel partners
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners develop, position and differentiate OEM-based solutions
  • Work with Dell's core, channel sales and SE and product group to optimise partner sales motions
  • Partner with marketing teams to implement OEM specific campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with Dell's Channel partner program and policies

Requirements For OEM Partner Manager

  • 8 to 12 years of related field sales experience
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Ability to provide insight and thought leadership to senior level leadership
