Principal Systems Development Engineer

Dell Technologies is seeking a Principal Systems Development Engineer to join their Engineering Development team in Austin, Texas. This role combines sophisticated systems development with test engineering expertise, focusing on next-generation Remote System Management Software. The position involves developing and qualifying solutions that allow Dell's customers to remotely provision Server HW/FW from barebones to production-ready infrastructure rapidly.

The ideal candidate will work on conceptualizing and optimizing power and thermal management systems for enterprise servers, performing thermal simulations, and designing test fixtures and tools. They will be responsible for developing automation frameworks and test methodologies while working closely with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and mechanical engineers.
