Technical Staff Engineering Technologist

Dell Technologies is seeking a Technical Staff Engineering Technologist to join their ISG CTO Storage Team in Seattle. This role involves leading the management of Storage System Software Solutions across Dell's portfolio. The position requires 15+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent combinations with advanced degrees) and deep expertise in AI-driven operations, storage management systems, and data security.

The role focuses on developing innovative ideas for Dell's storage portfolio, particularly in AI infrastructure, workload orchestration, and GenAI applications. Key responsibilities include architecting detailed product designs, leading prototyping and testing, and working with cross-functional teams to create POCs and MVPs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing resilient software infrastructure, data migration, security solutions, and storage management systems. They should be proficient in developing integrated security software solutions and have a strong understanding of data security principles.
