Technical Staff Engineering Technologist

Dell Technologies is seeking a Technical Staff Engineering Technologist to join their ISG CTO Storage Team. This role involves leading the management of Storage System Software Solutions across Dell's portfolio. The position requires 15+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience.

The ideal candidate will develop innovative ideas for Dell's storage portfolio, focusing on AI infrastructure, workload orchestration, MLOps platforms, and GenAI applications. They will architect detailed product designs, lead prototyping and testing, and work with cross-functional teams to create POCs and MVPs.

Key responsibilities include developing integrated security software solutions, managing storage systems and APIs, and maintaining resilient software infrastructure. The role requires expertise in data migration, replication, and security principles.
