Description For Senior Solution Engineer, Pre Sales

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will act as a technical resource to help our sales team qualify and close new business. You will assist in driving the pre-sales process while also being an advocate for the post-sales teams. You will report to the Manager, Customer Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Account Executives with technically qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Provide pre-sales engineering support and lead solution discovery discussions
  • Build and deliver custom product demonstrations
  • Design custom Deputy solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Develop Statement of Work documentation for prospects
  • Participate in the RFP process, leading minor bids and supporting major bids
  • Develop strong relationships with the Sales team at all levels
  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Support teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in Sales/Partner Engineering or Solutions Consulting role
  • Exceptional communication abilities with excellent sales instincts
  • Experience selling software solutions into complex environments
  • Keen technical mind comfortable writing scripts in at least one programming language
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently
