The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in GNC Engineering, along with a relevant degree. You should have a strong foundation in applied mathematics, control system design, and embedded systems development. Familiarity with tools like MATLAB, Simulink, and Git is essential. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from multiple locations across Europe, including Madrid, Hengelo, and Payerne.

Responsibilities For Robotics & Control Engineer
- Lead a team of GNC engineers
- Contribute to GNC design and development activities
- Define Control Laws and Algorithm Architecture for onboard automation systems
- Identify failure modes and define robust contingency Control Laws
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Define and run computer simulations
- Manage work packages
- Ensure integration of GNC algorithms with embedded systems
- Execute validation testing
Requirements For Robotics & Control Engineer
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in GNC Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Software Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- 3+ years of industry or postgraduate experience in GNC Engineering
- Strong applied math foundations
- Experience in linear and non-linear feedback control system design
- Experience with Kalman filtering
- Experience with sensor fusion algorithms
- Experience with simulation development
- Experience in C development for embedded systems
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English Speaker
