As a Technology Support Engineer at Destinus Energy, you will:
- Act as the point of contact for our Service team for technical issues in the field
- Liaise with engineering colleagues to resolve issues
- Perform vibration analysis of engine factory tests and field units
- Drive remote condition monitoring technology developments
- Gather and analyze data from the field and provide recommendations
- Provide reports to clients about machine status and performance
- Support engineering teams during roll-out of new procedures
- Occasional travel and work outside office hours may be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, controls, electrical, mechatronics)
- Some years of relevant work experience is an advantage, but recent graduates can apply
- Experience in rotating equipment and control systems engineering is beneficial
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Customer focus, flexibility, team player, good communication skills, and problem-solving abilities
