Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer
- Guide AI applications from conception through implementation to release
- Implement semantic search and fine-tuning of Large Language Models
- Set up RAG applications and implement data pipelines
- Continuous evaluation and development of existing LLMs and AI technologies
- Quality assurance of model results and new features through unit and integration tests
- Participate in workshops and coaching for continuous learning
- Contribute to improving developer experience to increase team productivity and satisfaction
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- Completed degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
- Strong knowledge in Machine Learning and practical software development experience
- Good knowledge of Python, Web Frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask or Django) and databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with ML libraries like PyTorch and Transformers
- High self-motivation, structured work approach and strong quality awareness
- Enthusiasm for AI potential and willingness to work in an agile technology startup
- Strong communication skills and very good language skills in German and English
