Senior Full Stack Engineer

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you'll join a dynamic team focused on building tools that enhance developer workflows. The role requires expertise in scaling and optimizing rapidly growing products, using a modern tech stack including TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Nest.js, and React.

You'll be instrumental in leading technical design, driving process improvements, and building scalable systems. The position offers a competitive salary range of CAD$150,000-180,000, along with stock options and benefits. Working hours are approximately 9am to 5pm EST, with flexible remote work options for candidates in Canada or USA.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-stack JavaScript engineering experience, with strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Experience with Feature Flags, automated testing, and managing distributed systems is crucial. You'll be working in a startup environment with less than 20 people, where your impact will be significant and direct.

Additional valuable skills include experience with Next.js, Nest.js, AWS, Cloudflare Workers, SDK development, and various programming languages. The role also values expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring tools, and containerization technologies.
