Responsibilities For Sr. FullStack Developer - AI Enabler
- Engage with internal customers to design AI models that solve their specific challenges and incorporate feedback for improvements
- Implement AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency within the engineering team
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop practical AI solutions through workshops and sessions
- Implement and enhance MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring
- Prototype and document AI solutions to address customer needs
- Mentor and guide engineering team members in AI and machine learning best practices
- Work closely with product managers and designers to develop new AI-driven features
- Proactively address security, performance issues, and bugs in AI systems
- Propose and implement improvements to the team's processes and workflows
- Continuously enhance your skills and the team's capabilities in AI and machine learning
Requirements For Sr. FullStack Developer - AI Enabler
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer delivering software products to customers
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in AI, machine learning, and MLOps
- Familiarity with AI technologies, languages, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, Ruby, JavaScript
- Familiarity with data processing tools and databases
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS and Kubernetes
- Experience with AI, machine learning libraries and frameworks
- Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and optimization
- Experience with reinforcement learning is highly desirable
