Responsibilities For Global Services Engineer

  • Deploy and provision robotic systems and assist in setting up operations on-site
  • Test robotic systems in production and document bugs
  • Build and support escalation playbooks to resolve operational issues
  • Provide manual intervention and assistance for robots during unforeseen events
  • Troubleshoot issues using testing equipment and document in ticket system
  • Provide remote support for Production units at customer sites
  • Create testing rigs and assist in RCAs on Production components
  • Travel up to 50% to customer sites
  • Perform HW installation, SW commissioning, testing, and calibration
  • Work with external partners including vendors and manufacturers

Requirements For Global Services Engineer

Python
Linux
  • BS/AAS in engineering discipline related to robotics or relevant work experience
  • Technical knowledge in HW & 3D Design (Solidworks, NX preferred)
  • Experience in industrial environment, warehouse, or logistics
  • Software Programming Troubleshooting (Python, Linux, Github)
  • Mechanical/Electrical/Pneumatic troubleshooting experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to work long hours when required
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems and CLI
