We're seeking a Senior Process Development Engineer to join our R&D headquarters in the Bay Area. This role combines hands-on engineering expertise with strategic process development, working directly with our advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You'll be part of an experienced team of mechanical, electrical, and materials engineers, focusing on characterizing and improving both R&D and production metrics.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in process improvement for diamond CVD, PECVD, or MOCVD processes, backed by an advanced degree in Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. You'll need strong analytical skills, including proficiency with SQL and statistical software, combined with a methodical approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
