The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join their Advanced Factory Systems team. This role is integral to designing next-generation equipment and will involve collaboration across various engineering teams. Responsibilities For Electrical Engineer

  • Design electrical control panels and document assemblies and systems including component selection, mechanical layout, cabling and packaging
  • Improve existing equipment designs by identifying areas for improvement and leading design changes
  • Troubleshooting industrial control/electrical systems including power supplies, controllers, sensors, PLC's, and other devices
  • Working with manufacturing technicians to plan and execute upgrades and retrofits
  • Working on multidisciplinary teams to solve complicated problems

Requirements For Electrical Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in EE or similar engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of hands on engineering experience
  • Hands-on experience designing, testing, deploying, and troubleshooting control systems in industrial manufacturing
  • Experience with 3D/2D CAD (Solidworks, Autocad, Draftsight), Schematic capture and PCB layout
  • Ability to read and edit control schematics and P&ID drawings
  • Experience with typical electrical lab equipment
  • Understanding of industrial control equipment regulations
  • Experience working with electrical systems from three phase AC power to low voltage DC board level signals
