The Manufacturing Engineer position, based in their Trujillo, Spain facility, offers an exciting opportunity to join a revolutionary company that's transforming multiple industries. The role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring someone who can develop and implement process strategies while optimizing operations for maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with at least 2 years of experience in process engineering, complemented by knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. They'll be responsible for crucial aspects of production optimization, from troubleshooting production line issues to analyzing operational data for quality improvements.

Requirements For Manufacturing Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in process engineering in production environment
  • Good English level (B2)
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, KPIs, and technical documentation
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams
