Digital Turbine is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in Warsaw, Poland. The company specializes in making mobile advertising experiences more meaningful and rewarding for users, app publishers, and advertisers. They intelligently connect people across devices, fuel performance, and help telecoms and OEMs supercharge awareness, acquisition, and monetization.
The machine learning team plays a crucial role in the company's success, focusing on automating decision-making and increasing accuracy through cutting-edge models. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be working on projects that serve 2B devices globally and handle 200B requests daily. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the design and creation of ML projects aligned with company objectives
- Advancing the team's technical expertise and serving as a subject matter expert
- Managing and collaborating on cross-functional technology and data initiatives
- Supporting libraries and documentation
- Mentoring and guiding teammates and coworkers
You'll be working on diverse machine learning applications, such as:
- Predicting mobile users' favorite games based on their previous gaming experience
- Predicting user value for mobile game developers
- Optimizing bidding prices in real-time auctions
- Optimizing infrastructure utilization
- Detecting and eliminating fraud
- Detecting image content in ads
The ideal candidate should have:
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related field
- Experience in building and automating scalable machine learning pipelines in cloud ecosystems
- Proficiency in either Python or Scala
- SQL proficiency across a range of platforms
- Knowledge of cloud data solutions, including data lakes or managed services such as Databricks
- Familiarity with development tools and processes used in data science
- Self-motivation to achieve remarkable results

Requirements For Senior Machine Learning Engineer
- 4+ years of experience in machine learning engineering

- Experience in building and automating scalable machine learning pipelines in cloud ecosystem
- Efficiency in either Python or Scala
- SQL proficiency across range of platforms
