Digitals AI Inc is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role focuses on Generative AI initiatives and implementation on their BenAdmin Platform. The position requires expertise in OpenAI, Lang Chain, and Open LLM frameworks, with responsibilities spanning from AI/ML system architecture to model deployment. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience, with specific expertise in data science, machine learning, and generative AI. They'll work on cutting-edge AI projects, including NLP models, conversational AI, and knowledge management systems, while utilizing AWS services for deployment. The role offers an opportunity to work with modern AI technologies and make significant impacts on business applications, requiring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to interface with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities For Machine Learning Engineer
- Architect AI/ML systems and integrate AI/ML features into business apps
- Solution and execute end-to-end Generative AI projects with Open AI, GPT-4, Llama-2
- Develop end-to-end NLP Deep models
- Assist in Conversational AI, Information retrieval, Knowledge Management
- Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
- Build and manage Supervised and Unsupervised ML algorithms
- Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
- Utilize AWS Lambda, EC2 Services to build solution and Provide code deployments
- Communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders and present to client Architecture Review Boards
Requirements For Machine Learning Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related quantitative discipline
- 6+ years in data acquisition, data mining, data transformation, cleaning structured/unstructured data, modelling, or machine learning
- At least 1 year experience in Generative AI
- Strong emphasis on product development
- Excellent written and oral communication, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Experience performing root cause analysis
- Familiarity with Scala, Python & SQL
- Solid foundation in statistics, calculus, and linear algebra
- Experience with data warehouse tools (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools (Airflow preferred)
- Experience in Prompt engineering with LLM Development using Langchain, Semantic Kernel
- Experience building scalable APIs in Python (FastAPI is a plus)
- Working knowledge of data processing packages (numpy, scipy, pandas)
