Responsibilities For Senior BI Engineer (Data Visualization)
- Architect and implement end-to-end BI solutions, including data models, and visualization dashboards
- Lead the development of standardized reporting and analytics solutions using modern BI tools
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas and dimensional models
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
- Establish best practices for data governance, documentation, and quality assurance
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize query performance
- Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools
Requirements For Senior BI Engineer (Data Visualization)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience with major database platforms
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehouse design principles
- Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages
