Founding Engineer, Full Stack

The position offers a competitive salary range of $120K-$180K with significant equity (0.25%-2.00%), reflecting the founding nature of the role. Based in New York's Union Square area, the company embraces a hybrid work model with two office days per week, combining the benefits of remote work with collaborative in-person sessions.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience, strong computer science fundamentals, and a proven track record in early-stage startups. You'll work directly with the founding team, using a modern tech stack including Django, NextJS, AWS, and Langchain.
