2025 Summer Internship - Technical Show Quality

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is seeking talented interns for their Technical Show Quality team, offering an incredible opportunity to work alongside industry experts in creating world-class experiences. The internship program focuses on three main streams: Show Lighting, Show Audio and Video, and Show Technical. As an intern, you'll be immersed in the magical world of Disney while gaining hands-on experience in technical operations and show quality maintenance.

The role involves supporting designers with troubleshooting, equipment specification, and show quality reviews. You'll have the chance to work on innovative solutions for show element improvements and coordinate with various teams including designers, technicians, and vendors. This position is perfect for engineering or technical design students who are passionate about combining creativity with technical expertise.

The ideal candidate should be currently pursuing a degree in relevant engineering or design disciplines, with skills in 3D modeling, AutoCAD, or lighting design. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential, as you'll be working in a diverse, collaborative environment.
