The Ad Platform Technical Operations Solutions Engineer role is part of the Ad Platforms team, responsible for delivering global advertising technology solutions across Disney's Linear & Addressable channels, brands, and streaming services.

  • Own day-to-day technical operations for the Automated Marketplace
  • Ensure monitoring and alerting on production services
  • Triage and respond to inbound escalations
  • Investigate complex issues and diagnose product bugs
  • Develop partnerships with sales, support, engineering teams
  • Maintain detailed support documentation

Requirements For Ad Platform Technical Operations Solutions Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience required
  • 3+ years of experience in ad technology, operations, support or incident management
  • Deep understanding of Exchanges, Real-time Bidding, DSPs, SSPs, and Programmatic Marketplaces
  • Strong grasp of online video and display advertising
  • Solid understanding of IAB specs OpenRTB, VAST/VPAID/VMAP
  • Working knowledge of ad trafficking workflows
  • Fluency in SQL
  • Working knowledge of monitoring platforms
