Application Development Manager

At Disney Destinations International, we are seeking an Application Development Manager to lead our talented team in delivering magical and seamless experiences through our Walt Disney Travel Company International ecommerce platform. This role is crucial in sustaining, evolving, and scaling our platform that serves millions of guests worldwide.

As the Application Development Manager, you will oversee both front-end and back-end development of Disney's ecommerce platforms, leading a high-performance team focused on delivering critical software solutions. You'll be responsible for technical leadership, ensuring code quality, and guiding your team through development cycles while working with .NET technologies, particularly .NET MVC 5 and C#.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise across the full stack, with significant experience in ecommerce web applications and a proven track record of team leadership.
