Responsibilities For Assistant Manager, Asset Management & Technology

  • On boarding new vendors; setup systems access; organized and training on Disney systems
  • Assist in workflow analysis and implementation
  • Control the logistic flow to ensure timely delivery of all materials
  • Control and approve quality of incoming and processed media files
  • Capture and record technical data related to assets
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks
  • Assist in tracking operational problems and provide solutions
  • Manage job orders and resource planning
  • Act as a team leader managing a group of editors

Requirements For Assistant Manager, Asset Management & Technology

  • Diploma/Degree in video production, media studies or related fields
  • 3-5 years of related working experience in broadcast/media industry
  • Proficient in Video/Audio editing software
  • Expertise with production and post-production workflows
  • Knowledge in various OTT platforms
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Able to prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible working hours
