The position requires expertise in preschool toy design and understanding of developmental needs and safety requirements for young children.

The role involves collaborating with Product Design leadership and Licensee partners to develop innovative, trend-right product lines that deliver excellent value. Key responsibilities include executing product development, ensuring high-quality character execution, and managing approvals through online systems. The successful candidate will create product mock-ups, compile line sheets, and work closely with various internal teams including Creative Design, Licensing, and Product Integrity.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Disney's renowned creative team in Glendale, CA, offering a competitive salary range of $94,200 to $126,200 plus comprehensive benefits. The position requires 3+ years of relevant experience and strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements For Associate Product Design Manager –Licensed Hardlines Toys - Preschool

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Excellent knowledge of hardlines product and packaging development process
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong product design skills
  • Excellent computer software skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
