Responsibilities For Associate Product Design Manager – Toys & Collectibles
- Develop broad range of Licensed Hardlines product including Disney/Pixar toys and collectibles
- Concept, design, sketch, prototype and deliver trend-right consumer centric product lines
- Implement product and licensed packaging approvals
- Develop and design product mock-ups
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Monitor competitors, product innovation and market dynamics
- Research Initial seasonal trends by category
- Multi-task and prioritize multiple design projects within deadlines
Requirements For Associate Product Design Manager – Toys & Collectibles
- 1+ years of related experience in consumer product design, industrial design, toy design, or character design
- Solid knowledge in hardlines/softlines categories
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven negotiating skills
- Strong product design skills
- Strong computer software skills (MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
