Disney Experiences is seeking a Customer Engagement Manager for Budget Management to join their Marketing Center of Excellence. This role serves as a crucial liaison between global marketing teams and finance teams, ensuring accurate and efficient budget administration. The position is based in Celebration, Florida, and requires 3+ years of experience with a focus on finance/accounting background.

The role involves managing invoice payments, analyzing payment data, handling purchase orders, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual finance submissions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with enterprise resource planning software like Coupa or SAP.

Responsibilities For Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management

  • Process invoices for payment and facilitate timely remittance
  • Manage and prioritize payment activities using CE workflow system
  • Research issues with past invoices and respond to internal audits
  • Coordinate with CE internal and external partners
  • Improve existing processes and develop new efficiencies
  • Partner with team members to respond to budget requests
  • Present and communicate to all levels of leadership
  • Supervise CE Budget team mailbox
  • Monitor and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders

Requirements For Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management

  • 3+ years' work experience
  • 1-2 years progressive experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with large data sets and Excel formulas
  • Experience with Coupa, SAP or similar ERP software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Workfront
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
