Responsibilities For Customer Engagement Manager - Budget (Project Hire) Management

  • Process invoices for payment and facilitate timely remittance
  • Manage and prioritize payment activities
  • Research issues with past invoices and respond to internal audits
  • Coordinate with CE internal and external partners
  • Improve existing processes and develop new efficiencies
  • Partner with Customer Engagement team members on budget requests
  • Create partnerships with stakeholders across Disney businesses
  • Present to all levels of leadership including senior executives
  • Supervise CE Budget team mailbox and communications
  • Monitor and maintain purchase orders and insertion orders

Requirements For Customer Engagement Manager - Budget (Project Hire) Management

  • 3+ years' work experience
  • 1-2 years progressive experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with large data sets and Excel formulas
  • Experience with Coupa, SAP or similar ERP software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
  • Experience with Smartsheet and Workfront
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
