  • Lead maintenance team performing corrective and preventative maintenance on attractions
  • Oversee mechanical and electrical trades
  • Establish work schedules, shift assignments, and work prioritization
  • Ensure customer service and communication to operations teams
  • Complete projects that achieve client's goals
  • Promote sound troubleshooting processes of multiple ride systems
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
  • Ensure Cast Members are trained in applicable laws and regulations

Requirements For Engineering Services Manager- Attractions Maintenance - 3rd Shift

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
  • 3+ years experience with Computerized Maintenance management system
  • Experience in process control & mechanical systems
  • Experience leading a team
  • Understanding of diagnostic and evaluation skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software programs
  • Ability to work 3rd shift (11PM-7AM)
  • Willing to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
