Based at the Cerritos St. Warehouse, you'll oversee fabrication and maintenance of Resort assets, ensuring operational excellence and safety standards. The position requires technical expertise in various trades, including painting, plastering, and carpentry, while maintaining strong relationships with team members and union representatives. You'll be responsible for developing maintenance plans, managing projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities For Engineering Svcs Mgr
- Champion an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere of teamwork

- Ensure operational readiness through maintenance plans

Requirements For Engineering Svcs Mgr
- High School degree or Equivalent
- 5+ years of leadership and technical experience
- Understanding of coatings, latex, oil and enamel, stains, primers
- Knowledge of Plastering Industry, flatwork concrete, masonry work
- Basic knowledge of mill operation/general carpentry work
- Willing to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and varying shifts
