Description For Global Investigations Manager

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Global Investigations Manager to join their Global Security Investigations team in Glendale, California. This role is part of a 24/7 response unit that conducts critical research and investigations to protect Disney's people, assets, and brand worldwide.

The position requires working onsite at least 4 days per week, with occasional domestic and international travel. The role involves conducting complex investigations into various areas including intellectual property theft, employee misconduct, workplace violence, and cybercrime. The successful candidate will lead threat assessments and develop mitigation strategies while collaborating with multiple stakeholders including HR, Legal, and law enforcement agencies.

Key responsibilities include managing insider threat investigations, conducting OSINT research, writing detailed reports, and maintaining strict confidentiality. The role requires excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of investigative experience, strong leadership capabilities, and expertise in security operations. Technical proficiency in security tools and systems is essential, with preferred experience in cyber investigations, insider threat analysis, and security certifications.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $124,900 to $167,500, plus bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
