As an HRIS Developer, you will:

• Deliver secure data solutions by implementing access controls and ensuring data integrity
• Ensure databases integrate smoothly with applications and related systems
• Develop databases in SQL, promoting accurate and consistent execution of repeatable processes
• Oversee local databases to promote efficient data transformation and interpretation
• Extract and develop reports from centralized data sources
• Develop advanced proprietary applications and perform enhancements/modifications
• Design complex logic and perform programming, coding, and debugging
• Develop intuitive menus, screens, scripts, forms, and reporting formats
• Design, create, configure, and implement GUI components
• Facilitate data entry initiatives in collaboration with global teams
• Develop automated audits to maintain data synchronization across multiple HR systems
• Implement comprehensive testing for HR system data integration
• Collaborate with Organization Management and HRIS teams across various time zones
• Build strong relationships with technical and functional teams enterprise-wide
• Engage with global GHRO partners, sharing process knowledge and system expertise
• Design and deliver job aids, end-user training, and business process communication
• Provide effective troubleshooting and technical support for Enterprise HR Systems
