Description For Industrial Engineer F/H/NB - CDI

Disneyland Paris is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their Industrial Engineering department. As part of this role, you will:

  • Define needs, resources, deadlines, and deliverables for internal clients to improve their activity performance.
  • Collect essential information to feed your models and analyses using Industrial Engineering techniques.
  • Exploit data to identify problem sources, establish reliable diagnoses, and prioritize improvement areas.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses using various modeling techniques like flow management, operational research, data visualization, and machine learning tools.
  • Challenge stakeholders and propose recommendations to guide decision-making.
  • Support change management and control the implementation of your recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in industrial engineering, applied mathematics, or data modeling & analysis.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience (including internships) in continuous improvement or operational excellence in industry, services, or consulting.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Lean Six Sigma approach.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau software, Access, VBA, and Business Object.
  • Fluent in French (minimum C1) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
