Industrial Engineering Intern

Disneyland Paris's Industrial Engineering department is seeking an intern to join their team starting September 2025. The Industrial Engineering department acts as an internal consulting group, helping teams make decisions and solve complex problems. As an intern, you'll work directly with internal clients across various divisions including Hotels, Shops, Restaurants, Attractions, Shows, and General Services.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Industrial Engineering, you'll identify solutions to enhance visitor experience, organizational efficiency, and company performance. Success in this role depends on building strong relationships with operational teams and support divisions like Finance, Revenue Management, Workforce Optimization, Consumer Studies, and IT & Digital.

The position offers comprehensive training including a complete integration session with park operations discovery. You'll join a team committed to student development, with a strong "Test and Learn" culture. The three-year program allows exposure to multiple Disneyland Paris divisions.

The role combines technical skills with business impact, requiring proficiency in data analysis tools and modeling techniques. You'll work on varied projects, from flow management to operational research and machine learning applications.
