Description For Instructional Design Project Manager, Disney Cruise Line

Disney Cruise Line is seeking an Instructional Design Project Manager to join their team in Celebration, Florida. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing learning solutions that drive performance improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong instructional design expertise with project management skills to create engaging training content for various delivery formats.

The position involves consulting with stakeholders to analyze learning needs, designing and developing training materials, and facilitating sessions for all levels of the organization. You'll work closely with business partners and subject matter experts while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role requires maintaining deep knowledge of Disney Cruise Line's products and operations through hands-on experience.
