Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their User Household team, which builds critical User Capabilities shared across streaming services including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and Star+. As a Lead ML Engineer, you'll work on implementing reliable, high-throughput services and pipelines for gathering user information and delivering personalized experiences. The role involves collaborating with engineers, project managers, and product managers to design and implement ML solutions that enhance viewer experiences.

You'll be responsible for driving projects end-to-end, from leveraging ML techniques for initial solution design through to production deployment. The position requires technical excellence in both machine learning and software engineering, with expectations to mentor team members and set best practices. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your code and documentation will serve as examples of excellence for the team.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $167,700 to $246,400 depending on location, plus potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
