Description For Lead Software Engineer

Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their Media Engineering organization. This role is part of the Live and Linear Tooling Team (LILOX), responsible for managing Live and Linear airings across Disney+ and Hulu platforms. The position offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge streaming technology while contributing to the future of Disney's media infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and drive engineering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
