This role is crucial in ensuring the availability, scalability, and resilience of our cloud-based services supporting the entire Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products segment.

You'll be working at the intersection of technology and entertainment, leveraging your expertise in service reliability and cloud platforms to create scalable solutions that enhance the magic of our guests' experiences. The role involves establishing and monitoring key service-level indicators, leading cross-functional projects, conducting root cause analysis, and driving infrastructure optimization.

As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for capacity planning, maintaining documentation, managing cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform and AWS CDK, and overseeing service monitoring across our platform. You'll collaborate closely with development teams to ensure applications are designed for reliability and scalability while providing technical mentorship to junior engineers.
