Responsibilities For Lead Software Engineer

  • Work with teams to architect, develop and integrate business critical features
  • Oversee the design of complex technical projects
  • Develop technology strategy in response to company-wide initiatives
  • Set technical direction and drive technology innovation
  • Produce technical designs that anticipate future business needs
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

Requirements For Lead Software Engineer

  • 7+ years of hands-on professional experience with Living Room Device development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • Experience working on a significant consumer product
  • Comprehensive knowledge in at least one of Roku, tvOS, Android TV, Fire TV, Browser Based Devices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in small teams and larger engineering organization
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues across platforms
  • Understanding of product architecture
