You'll be responsible for designing and implementing impactful features that drive customer engagement and business growth across Disney's flagship brands.
As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and other Engineers to shape and execute the product roadmap. Your work will directly influence customer experience and business success through feature development, experimentation, and system optimization.
Key technical requirements include proficiency in Java or Scala, experience with AWS, and a strong background in building large-scale distributed applications. You'll need to demonstrate expertise in A/B testing, experimentation-driven development, and delivering consumer-facing features at scale.
The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $163,500 to $219,200 per year, plus bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
