Disney Experiences (DX) - Technology and Digital, a division of the Walt Disney Company, creates world-class immersive digital experiences for premier vacation brands across the globe. The Experience Access (EA) platform team is responsible for capabilities powering Lightning Lane, Disney Premier Access, and Disability Access Service (DAS).
As a Lead Solution Architect for EA International, you'll be a key ambassador to international partners including Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Shanghai Disneyland. You'll work closely with centralized EA delivery teams to architect and deliver solutions within the EA platform across global sites.
The role involves leading technical analysis, effort estimation, product design, and production support. You'll be responsible for developing highly scalable software systems, reviewing architecture plans, and ensuring platform-centric product development. Key aspects include metrics-driven performance optimization, troubleshooting support, and requirement definition with international partners.
This position requires flexibility to work across multiple time zones (JST, HKT, CET) and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both business and technology leadership. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies including Java, AWS, Docker, Spring Boot, and various database systems while optimizing for high-volume, mission-critical applications.
